Payment Details

This is a subscription service, renewed each month, or annually, on the day you signed up. Cancelation of services must be requested 7 days prior to recurring date.

Google Business Profile Management

When Beaumont customers search for local services, your Google Business Profile is often their first impression. Every Web CARE plan includes Google Business Profile management with posts, photos, review monitoring, and profile updates. No profile yet? We'll create and verify it during your first month.

Scheduling Content Updates

Content update requests are made within our portal services or by emailing our support team. Once reviewed, we will schedule your update based on your assigned package. Reviews are typically same day, but may take up to 1 business day.

Refunds of Web CARE Packages

Web CARE packages are not eligible for a refund. We only offer a limited number of packages available, once you have signed up for a package we lock in the time available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during my first month of Web CARE? We start with onboarding: reviewing your website and current Google Business Profile, confirming access, and mapping out your first round of updates. If you don't have a Google Business Profile yet, we create one and add you as the owner. From there, we optimize your profile based on your local market(s) and the services you offer, and begin your first content, analytics, and engagement cycle.

Can I switch between Web CARE tiers later? Yes. You can move between any tier with 5 business days' notice. If you downgrade, any work already in the queue at your current tier will still be completed, then future work continues under the new plan's terms.

Do you work with my existing website platform? Yes. We're not tied to any one platform, and we won't require you to switch platforms to use our services. We support WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, GoDaddy, Duda, Drupal, Adobe, HubSpot, Weebly, and custom-built sites.

What if I need more than the included content updates in a given week? If you consistently need more updates than your current tier includes, we'll recommend moving you up to the next tier. If you're already on our top tier and still need more, we can add supplemental update blocks to cover the extra work.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime? There's no long-term contract. We offer monthly and discounted annual plans, and you can cancel or pause your service at any time through your client portal. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date.

What's included in Google Business Profile management specifically? It depends on your tier, but every Web CARE plan includes profile setup or optimization, regular GBP posts, and review monitoring. Higher tiers add more frequent posting, photo updates, Q&A monitoring, and detailed monthly insights reports. See the plan details above for exactly what's included at your level.
