Payment Details

This is a subscription service, renewed each month, or annually, on the day you signed up. Cancelation of services must be requested 7 days prior to recurring date.

Scheduling Content Updates

Content update requests are made within our portal services or by emailing our support team. Once reviewed, we will schedule your update based on your assigned package. Reviews are typically same day, but may take up to 1 business day.

Refunds of Web CARE Packages

Web CARE packages are not eligible for a refund. We only offer a limited number of packages available, once you have signed up for a package we lock in the time available.
