We accept payments made by Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, ACH, and Wire Transfer. Depending on the services provided, we'll provide you with the payment options at that time.
Online via our contact page or directly by email is primarily the best as we can record the transaction and reply quicker. Alternative ways include text (SMS) or direct phone calls. If you get to the voicemail, leave a short message with your name, email, and website, and we'll call you back and email. Email us is typically faster, but let us know the best number and time to reach you if you prefer a call.
IE Web Services began in 2005, so this year we are celebrating 21 years. Before IE Web Services, there were multiple other companies and website development projects bringing the total years in business to over 30.
As a small business, we plan to continue with no exit plan. We enjoy what we do very much and have plans to continue providing services and solutions for as long as possible. Our continuity plan ensures website functionality and business operations continue during disruptions like cyberattacks, server failures, or staff shortages.
If you have selected a Website Package, the timeline is listed with each selection. The longest timeline to launch on these packages is 14 business days.
Most custom projects take 8–16 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on complexity, content readiness, and revision rounds. We'll create a detailed timeline during our initial consultation, including a multi-phase launch sequence that let's us start pushing updates within 2 weeks of starting. No longer do you have to wait for the whole site to be completed.

If you are looking for a Custom Website, the cost typically range from $5,000–$15,000 for a standard business site to $25,000+ for complex e-commerce or custom platforms. We provide detailed proposals after a discovery call, based on your goals, features, and scope.
